Joining is simple. The challenge takes place inside the 4031 Coaching Community App, where you’ll receive daily prompts, encouragement, and access to a supportive community. To get started, download the app and look for the “31-Day Challenge” section. From there, you can introduce yourself, explore the weekly themes, and begin participating in the daily challenges.
